I am in Arizona and when I try and log into my telus the page is blocked and I get a error message, , Cloudflare Ray ID: 8f592cfbdb97a6f1. I have tried logging from my phone and two lap tops, I get the same error on every devise.

I currently can't login either from a PC. Get error message also. I'm in AB.

I just tried the web and the app and both worked for me. I'm in AB as well.

Cleared my browser history and cache and that did the trick. I am able to login again from PC.

were you outside of Canada before you cleared the cache?

@TFTCAR Are you using a VPN? If so, can you try disabling it to try logging in again?

It could be a token or geolocation issue. Can you try deleting all cookies/cache on one device and try again?

I have deleted cookies and cache twice but no difference.
