I signed up for a Telus bundle in Calgary, and the experience over the last while has been incredibly frustrating. The representative assured us we were signing a two-year contract for home security, only for us to later find out it was actually three years. To make matters worse, the "savings" they promised only apply for two years, even though we are locked in for three. We have just went with it but it's been very much bothering us, when I called to address the issue, I was transferred between departments for over 1.5 hours, with no resolution and no accountability. It feels incredibly deceptive.
Has anyone else had a similar experience with Telus misrepresenting contract terms or making it nearly impossible to resolve issues? Would love to hear others' experiences.
