Great call experience

Mehrshad from internet loyalty dept is the best agent to talk to. He definetly must a have raise in his salary. I can sense that he knows his job so well and tools to use to help me as quick as possible. Talks very calm and understands my situation. He went way beyond my expectations. To be honest it is his life tips on being a dad is what i was astonished. It really helps alot if the person you are talking to is being compassionate at giving life advices to customer like me resolves issues. I wish we have more mehrshad in the future
