Afternoon/Evening Service Disconnections - Squamish BC.

Just Moved In

I've been noticing afternoon/evening disconnections (Wired/Wi-Fi) for the past few months - Fiber Optic 300/300. Is this traffic congestion due to Covid-19? Prior to the Covid-19 situation I rarely ever noticed disconnections, maybe a few times a year during times in the AM when most people are asleep.

Now maybe twice a week I'm getting disconnected in the afternoon 3 PM onward for roughly 5-10 minutes each time.  


I live in the Squamish BC area. Trying to get in touch with anyone over the phone is over an hour wait and I can't seem to access live chat, seems to be an automated chat system now.
