I tried to log in to the Telus My Wifi app but it won't accept my login credentials. I tried to reset my password 2x and then uninstalled and reinstalled the app but same thing. I have devices which I put on pause which cannot access the wifi connection and I cannot clear it because I cannot get in the app / tool.

Though not helpful, it works for me. I suggest contacting Telus, or logging in to your account through a browser to reset or confirm your credentials.

Are you able to log on to My TELUS web site or the My TELUS app using the same credentials?
