Hey there, just wondering if anyone can tell me the make and model numbers of all the equipment I'm supposed to get when Telus comes to install their 3 gigabit purefibre service I just signed up for? User manuals maybe?
Can't seem to find it anywhere, and just want to look into a couple networking products and make sure I get what would line up spec wise with what is coming.

Wondering how to confirm the model numbers of the equipment Telus gave me, find the specifications for those model numbers, and get manuals for the hardware.

The Telus WiFi booster I have is the Telus B20A made by Arcadyan. The Arcadyan B20A. I can not find specifications for this device. I can not find a manual for this device.
Zero reason this should be easily found, and definitely should be supplied by Telus. Hey, Telus - super blunt - it appears your hiding specifications of the hardware you are giving out. There bye giving yourself the ability to (intentionally?) hide installation mistake and giving out incorrect promised hardware. I'm trying my hardest not to be cynical - but it's very difficult to do so.
1 page. All manual. How hard would that POSSIBLY be.
Tech installer said it's WiFi 6. Phone tech support said wifi 6e .
Super easy way to solve this - yet I cant find a manual any where under either the Telus or Arcadyan brand.
In addition, the QR code in the bottom, which it literally design to take you to the product page - takes you nowhere WT actual F
Can't anybody out there get me the info I want?

Consumer purchasable hardware has manuals, but I guess these devices are built to Telus' specification order so no manual is made. The QR code is just the device ID in text.
From googling, it seems Telus had Technicolor make the B20T and Arcadyan make the B20A, both to the same specs.
The Telus specs suggest that if the device has "Ethernet Ports: 1 x 2.5G | 2 x 1G" then it is Wifi 6, but if it has "Ethernet Ports: 1 x 5G | 1 x 2.5G | 1 x 1G" then it is Wifi 6E.
