3 gigabit PureFibre hardware
Hey there, just wondering if anyone can tell me the make and model numbers of all the equipment I'm supposed to get when Telus comes to install their 3 gigabit purefibre service I just signed up for...

I'm going to disagree.
Send a screenshot, or link to the actual model number.
Shows plans, tells me the difference between 6 and 6E. Indon see specs for 1 single pieces of hardware.
How hard can it possibly be to show a page with "Model #", "Specifications" and "Manual"
Send it all to me - I'll make a page in 30 minutes.
There are people who know tech, want to know specs and then there are 90% ish people who just want things to work, don't know technical, and wouldn't know if they are actually getting what they were promised.
THEY ARE GETTING LIED TO AND RIPPED OFF BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW ANY BETTER. It's bull********** and shouldn't be tolerated
Go buy a Samsung TV. They're all 1 price, right? No. Why - because of SPECIFICATIONS.
Why is this so difficult? Pathetic and shameful. Customer service indeed

Consumer purchasable hardware has manuals, but I guess these devices are built to Telus' specification order so no manual is made. The QR code is just the device ID in text.
From googling, it seems Telus had Technicolor make the B20T and Arcadyan make the B20A, both to the same specs.
The Telus specs suggest that if the device has "Ethernet Ports: 1 x 2.5G | 2 x 1G" then it is Wifi 6, but if it has "Ethernet Ports: 1 x 5G | 1 x 2.5G | 1 x 1G" then it is Wifi 6E.
