It should be simple for Telus to mark a customer's file when they receive requested equipment returns so that an "Important Reminder: Please return your TELUS equipment" email is not auto-generated weeks after Telus received the equipment.
Including "If you have already returned your equipment, we sincerely appreciate your cooperation! Please disregard this message." is not acceptable.
Customers then wonder did someone at Telus steal the equipment I sent back? Am I going to get charged and have to waste hours of everybody's time proving the equipment was returned?
