When a business account has at least one device on a static IPv4 (registered MAC addr), IPv6 is disabled on the WAN interface at the headend.
To all relevant engineers at Telus:
This provisioning limitation doesn’t make any sense from a customer stand point. You may have customers (like me), who require both a router with a static IPv4 (no IPv6) and a router with both dynamic IPv4 and IPv6 configs.
Please accept this post as a feature request.
