I came over to Telus two days ago from Vivint, who Telus acquired.
My Vivint equipment was from 2016 and the alarm automatically turned itself on at 11:30 pm every night.
My brand new Telus equipment is unable to do this currently.
This solution is software based, and I believe it is owed to all of the customers who became Telus cyst by default in the acquisition. I had to get all new Telus equipment because my 7 year old doorbell camera broke and am now with you for 5 years guaranteed, so please add the feature that I already had.
