Websites dont work on telus wifi but works on mobile data
I am dealing with a strange issue. I cannot access some websites over wifi but as soon as i turn off the wifi and use mobile data i can load the website.
Cant open any telus.com or telus connect app over wifi.
Cant pause devices on telus connect. Tried calling CS they cant help.
Factory reset everything still the same
Replaced all the equipment. NAH Boost 6v2 still the same. Any help is appreciated.
I dont use VPN. Does this on all the devices on wifi. Its frustrating.

I have been experiencing the same issue connecting to telus.com after Feb 2025. All the devices connected to Telus internet (ethernet or wifi) cannot connect to telus.com. However using mobile data or VPN will work. Reset and reboot T3200M multiple times without success. On phone with support multiple times without success.

Nope. This problem only occurs at home internet.
I am having the exact same issue. I have spent hours on the phone multiple times with Telus. Even had a couple of techs at the house and a new modem. Still doesn’t work!! So frustrating. I am looking at cancelling Telus and going back to roger which I have never had an issue with over 15 years.
