Scam calls (with list)
I made the mistake of answering a scam call from "Telus Fibre Support" and now they call 4-5 times a day, always from a different number. I'm listing the ones I still have. 778-906-5483 778-906-5...

All but one of those numbers are associated with Iristel. That's a well known Canadian VoIP provider that seems to sell services to scammers frequently. The exception is the 833 toll free one. That one has been around for a while and possibly could be valid depending on which discussion you look at online. It's still possible for the scammers to spoof the caller ID to show a valid number.
If you are using Telus or Koodo, turn on Call Control. It should block all of the robocalling scammers.

As I said below, Telus has provided Call Control as a solution. I have gotten zero scam calls since enabling it.

That feature will not work in my circumstances. I receive calls from seniors and vulnerable people who will get confused with this.
