Assistance Needed with TELUS SmartHome Security and ALEXA Integration

I've had exactly the same problem starting 2 weeks ago. I know that Telus SmartHome Security does not support Google Home, so I specifically purchased an Alexa Echo Dot to be able to control the security panel and thermostat with it. It was working fine until Alexa started saying "Hmm, looks like that skill is no longer available" and when I tried to install the skill, it no longer shows up as an available skill.

Was anybody from Telus able to assist you restore this skill in Alexa?

Not having voice control over the security panel is very inconvenient.
