Animal Detection

Greetings Telus Community.

 

We have an issue with dog owners not picking up their dog's feces. The issue with the TELUS Smart Home Security is the animal detection feature is not accurate and is in need of improvement.

 

I was wondering if other members of the community noticed the same issue when dog owners walk their dogs in front of your house.

    Hey. We have a handy video about setting up motion detection with your system, and if after that it's still not working for you, your best bet would be to reach out directly to our SmartHome team for further troubleshooting.
