Senior citizen billing error
I've spent 3 months on the phone for hour and hours. I'm a senior old person.my bill is still incorrect, I have phoned multiple times regarding my land line billing amount, you are charging me the wrong amount,I keep phoning and you said it's corrected and you refund my the money you took from me for your mistake and this months bill is wrong again,I have to sit on hold and if I get through it takes 2 hours for you to fix it, it's 90 degrees in my tiny seniors studio home..it's hot and I call on my land lines and I'm stuck in here for hours on the phone, I have many medical issues and I'm disabled..I can't go outside because your company keeps me on the phone for hours and they say it's corrected and it's wrong again this month..my heart rate goes up on the phone the stress of your mistake and agents that promise me it's corrected and it's still wrong.,,it's affecting my health.,,this is awful that you put verry elderly persons through this horrible situation..it's Saturday and I have to wait till Monday because your billing department is not open Sunday..on Monday It will be over 90 degrees in my home and I'll have to sit on the phone for hours on hold and then hours with an agent,,fix my bill and refund the money you over billed me for on my bill for my landline...I can't take this stress anymore,,, from this...you lied and said it was fixed and it's still not fixed,, my agreement clearly states how much I am supposed to be billed for my landline and Internet for good for seniors...the stress of this is torturing me.

I need telus to help me and correct this billing error once and for all..Everytime telus does some thing wrong it takes hours and months of my time on the phone for telus to fix it..I've been your customer since you started as a company after bctel..this is horrid that you still can't correct my bill so this does not drag on for more months...for god sake please please please stop putting me through this stress.,it's affecting my health

🤗thx i think and hope its fixed...lets see how it goes next month...if it is correct a huhe thanks and hugs to all of the folks that helped...it really meant a lot to know that there are still humans out there that understand....again..you will never understand how much it means to older people to be assisted and helped. we old folks seem to be invisible...thanks again...hope it all works out🤗
