I need telus to help me and correct this billing error once and for all..Everytime telus does some thing wrong it takes hours and months of my time on the phone for telus to fix it..I've been your customer since you started as a company after bctel..this is horrid that you still can't correct my bill so this does not drag on for more months...for god sake please please please stop putting me through this stress.,it's affecting my health

🤗thx i think and hope its fixed...lets see how it goes next month...if it is correct a huhe thanks and hugs to all of the folks that helped...it really meant a lot to know that there are still humans out there that understand....again..you will never understand how much it means to older people to be assisted and helped. we old folks seem to be invisible...thanks again...hope it all works out🤗
