It is now Wednesday the following week, and while I think I have made progress, I am still waiting to st up an account as was agreed to for my IPad. To start I need a SIM card that has been supposedly ordered but have I have no confirmation that it has been shipped.
The woman I spoke to last was extremely helpful. And seem to know more about Telus’s options than the others I spoke to. In summary, patiently waiting.
