Low drop line
I have a low drop line from the pole to the house I need repaired. Line is currently weathered to the hydro line to keep it off the ground need to have this repaired

Official Support TeamYou can visit our page at www.telus.com/status and click on the green 'Report an outage' button in the top right corner. On the next screen, click the right button 'Report an outage' with a little tower icon on it. Then you can quickly fill out the form with location of the low wiring and select the box 'Cable damage or low hanging wire'; this sends the report to the field team to investigate!
