The problem persists.
In the course of checking that out, I discovered another bug on the site. Looking at my Trusted Devices (from the dropdown), there were 5 entries, all old, that didn't make a lot of sense to me. So I opted to select "Remove All" and completed that dialog. Returning to Manage Devices... guess what... the 5 were still there. Tried this a couple of times with the same result. So, then I tried removing them one by one and, voila, they're gone. "Remove all" needs some work.

3 months agoAppreciate your feedback - we do have an option to remove 2FA at all in case that this is an on-going issue for you and you don't want to have 2FA

Thanks, but 2FA is actually disabled in my account settings and has been all along.
