Official Support TeamHi aquarly - Your payment if it was sent to the correct account number will be displayed as a credit on your My TELUS account in 3-5 business days after the payment was made.
As an example, if your bill is $100 then your My TELUS will show your manual payment of $100 and then the pre-authorized payment of $100 will be next.
Your account will show -$100 balance and next bill will bring the balance to $0
