Renewing my phone services

Hi,

I called yesterday to resolve an issue with my bill, and after the lady resolved my issue, she mentioned that my account is just about to expire, and if you don't renew your contract, the price will jump to $150 per month (more than double)
She said she is able to make it to $85 per month, but I said I want the same account with the same price to be renewed.
She mentioned she will connect me with the loyalty department, and they will help me with this.

After waiting another half hour (total waiting and conversation time was 1 hour and 38 min.) the person on the phone asked my cell number in case it was disconnected to contact me.
He offered me the same plan I have for over $120 per month. I said the regular customer service was offering me the same service for $85/month, and the reason I'm talking to you is to keep the same price with the same service!
He said, "Wait on the line, and he will find out!"
After less than two minutes the connection was lost, and he never called me back with the result.

So, I need my plan to be renewed with the same price (or better) ASAP
