Account in collectionS?

I have been getting emails, calls, and texts from MetCredit. 

I dont recall ever having a Telus Wireline account. I have had Telus mobility for a while and am up to date on this but now I am all of a sudden in collections. I did have a Telus box for a bit but that was a bit ago and i cancelled everything accordingly and paid what I had to. This is awful and I need help please
