Uncanny that I am dealing with the EXACT same issue with Telus. The additional charges for the 'free' phones we received, higher bills and crazy charges. When I spoke with a representative the conversation got around to the fact that my resolution would be to cancel. Incredible lack of service for 6 phone lines we have with Telus. The support request portal does not work for me either.
