Yellowstone Final episodes 2024
I bought the final episodes of Yellowstone through Telus. Watched first 6 released episodes in 2022. Heard final 6 episodes released Nov 10th. But I can’t find them? I have searched on My Telus for...

Unplugged etc 3 times to no avail, I still only get Yellowstone come up available on prime video.
Nothing about subscriptions comes up.
I have the new box, the one that works with the cloud, not pvr. I had to get it because the older one didn’t support Apple TV app. I have to admit, not a fan of the new remote. Sometimes there is huge lagtimes when changing channels on live tv etc. Would this have anything to do with my subscription not showing up?
I watched first 6 episodes on On Demand, frustrating that watching the final 6 is so difficult.

2 years agoI hear you Tracy, that delay wouldn't impact the content you signed up for though.
So I am not a Yellowstone fan so you'll have to forgive me but I see on the web that to watch season 5 you need to go to Paramount+ is that correct? So if you go to On Demand>Paramount or even Yellowstone, those episodes 6-10 are not there?

You can’t subscribe to Paramount through Telus anymore, you need to go into their app and sign up with them,What I don’t understand is, in the previous reply you said you saw there was one episode of 2nd part of season 5 showing. Why can’t I see that? Are you on the older pvr box?I do know I went onto My Telus and searched Yellowstone. All that came up was how to subscribe to Yellowstone back in 2022. Which I did and watched first 6 episodes. There was nothing about the current episodes available.I appreciate your advice etc, but nothing is working. That’s why I thought I would try this route, hoping someone in the same situation as myself may have figured it out. I can’t be the only person shut out of the final episodes.Thank youTracey

When I had to switch to the new Optik tv modem with cloud pvr I was told I would lose all my recordings and would have to reset all my favourites etc.
i”m wondering now if that is the reason I can’t access my previous paid Yellowstone account? I did find in an article about the new cloud remote when searching On Demand, there is no menu, you just scroll down each section until you find “your videos”. So when I scroll through On Demand there is no “your videos”. So I suspect the with the changeover I lost my Yellowstone subscription.
Does anyone know what dept on Telus I would need to call to possibly get it back?

As for when episodes are uploaded to the On Demand section, that's entirely up to when our content team receives the files from the original broadcaster, though it shouldn't be too much longer as they race to get them uploaded as soon as they get them and test to ensure they're not corrupted, etc.
As for your issue tjonthelinks we're checking in with our dev team as to if they'd still be accessible once switched over to the new Optik experience. We'll advise once we know more!
