2 years agoIf there is a legitimate issue on our end, we wouldn't charge the fee. It's more in place for people who do not wish to go through troubleshooting over the phone or insist on a field visit for an issue that can be resolved remotely.
In your case, if we didn't show up and/or you canceled the service visit, there's no fee and there could be a delay in the system processing that. Have you checked your account to see if the fee was reversed?
