Why Is my service so poor?
I have had non stop issues since day one. Multiple techs and rushmen have tried and failed to resolve the poor service that I receive from Telus. I pay for 75mbps and I would be lucky to receive 20mb...

Seems like Telus has opted to literally ignore a customer of 5 years rather than work towards resolution. Stunningly exceptional customer service! In response to being ignored I will continue to post on this thread until something is done. Obviously a tiny bit more effort than telling me to go to shaw is required. I think a nice daily quote will suffice just to keep this fresh in the forum.

From what you’ve posted so far, it still sounds like there is more to this story if that many techs have been out.
You need to actually contact Telus directly by phone. The only other option would be https://www.telus.com/en/support/contact-us/escalations - Dimo-X5 years ago

In this case, it would be best to reach out to the TELUS residential services team and request that the matter be escalated.

Perfect, I need insight and an investigation into possible workarounds for my certain issue. Sounds like this is exactly the place I should be. Unfortunately contacting them directly by phone has not resulted in any meaningful resolution. I have had multiple techs dispatched over the years, they are unable to explain why the issue persists.
