Why I cannot find "View and manage your appointments"?

I missed telephone call and the previous installation appointment has been cancalled. Now I want to book a new appointment, but the appointment manager just gone and I cannot find where to book appointment. What should I do?

    This is so typical of Telus; you search all over their website for the info you need, finally resort to their sponsored help service, then 18 months later they still haven't replied

        The article you provided isn't helpful... The link "View and manage your appointments" is not accessible under the "My Profile" tab on the My Telus opening page.

        With some sleuthing I found it when I switched back to the old version of the My telus page, it is not in the My Profile tab there either, but as a link in the Telus Rewards box halfway down the page.

        For a communications company, your support staff seems to be woefully inadequate and your web designers lack quality control.
