Vacation Suspension Issues
For the past 2 years I have requested a 6 month vacation pause for my Telus internet service. The first year it was not turned off as scheduled. I found out a month later when I got my bill via email...

I am going to send it here because I don't see a way to send a private message in the place you linked and I am VERY busy preparing for a big trip tomorrow. Name is Brian Lamothe. Telus acct# is (removed account number on public forum). e-mail is (removed email) I spoke with Abby at customer loyalty about my case. I was sent an email from him saying they had issued my vacation pause and to look at my agreements. But there are for some reason 3 new agreements and none seem to be about the vacation suspension. Plus they say my monthly bills are higher than they really are. I want to make sure my service is paused and reactivated on the dates I gave. I also want to be sure I will be getting charged more.
