Moving in 10 days, service cancelled today
I spoke with agent about moving our current home internet service to new address.
Our move is set on March 26th, 10 days later today, agent has helped me that the service at our current house will be stopped on March. 26th at 11PM.
However, today on March 16th at 9PM PST, the service went all out, I went inside my account and it is already showing the NEW address, not my current address.
It was 9PM PST so all the offices were closed, I could not get any agent over the phone. The automated system also seems to talk about service at my NEW place (which there is no one living in as it's new home, nothing is set up).
It is an urgent matter as I would have to work from home early in the morning,
Would it be possible for any Telus agent to contact and resolve the issue?
