UFC on SPORTSNET
I've been skunked trying to watch the UFC. First I subscribed to Paramount but Sportsnet holds the rights in Canada.
Fair enough, I changed one of my premium channels to Sportsnet to watch the UFC. Every event tells me I'm not subscribed and the guide shows no events on the Sportsnet stations I get.
WTF? Why? What needs to be done to get the UFC on Telus?

When I log in, I don't have subscriptions on my menu bar. Your help article doesn't reflect what I see when logged on. I can watch it on the app so I am obviously in their system, but what about on the TV?

Can you try logging into your My TELUS account and ensure you activated the Sportsnet Plus or Sports Theme Pack. There's a helpful guide at https://www.telus.com/en/support/article/sportsnet-plus-subscriptions-telus that might help too.
