Telus won't upgrade my wifi router
Located in Vancouver, BC.
Oct 6 I switch to Telus 250M internet since they said they are best in Canada. But my internet always disconnect and wifi connection is good?? After I upgrade to 1G internet it still happen.
I noticed my wifi router is a used T3200M, maybe it is too old or need to repair, then I tried to call Telus customer service to upgrade my router, they said they don't see any problems on my internet, won't upgrade my router unless I get "wifi plus"...
That's so sad, the connection stability even poor than Rogers... Anyone got same problem??

Mine was a T3200M and I got mine upgraded to wifi 6 with a NAH and a boost2-arc just over 2 weeks ago. But, same as you they wouldn’t upgrade it until I called back about 6 times. And I didn’t have to upgrade from 1G to wifi plus.

Thanks for your reply Jack! Do they found any problem every time?
I never had a problem but the first couple of calls they did some testing and found no problems and refused to do the upgrade. We have all new devices and wanted to upgrade to wifi 6 but it was a royal pain in the a$$ getting it.
