Cannot activate disney and amazon on optik tv
Technician came over and installed everything, security and all that optik box thing. I recieved and email to activate prime, netflix, and disney.
Clicked on that green link, it goes to the optik tv page, but theres no activate link or button. I was able to activate netflix because netflix sent me a message from their end.
Ive spent 2 hours waiting on the phone and 2 hours of troubleshooting with a tech but she couldnt figure out whats goin on. Any idea what to do,? Can still cancel within 9 days right?

I'm also having the same issue and two support tickets raised for the moment and had 3 calls with technical support and still no luck. The sad part is even though i says i dont see the Disney + button in my telus they keep sharing the same steps. I tried with multiple browsers, systems after clearing cache and still no luck.

Were you able to get this sorted? I am running into the exact same issue. Got an email to activate Disney+ but when I click the link it just leads me to My Telus with no where to select an activation.

signing into your account with proper user name and password means you have an established account.
That is what you would do to link the account to various devices. I have Disney/Prime/Telus TV on phone/tablets/laptop/computer all done by first creating an account and then signing in on others
Creating an account is what causes a new charge once.

That sucks, there was no sign in options? You do already have an account, right. If yes try it on a computer to make sure it works.
I just went through this on Friday, for some reason Prime was black screen and I had to re-enter my user and password, and it fired right up, good since.
To save time, if you have a user name and password enter it into login, create account etc

I can sign in and make an account but the issue is if my disney account is not activated on telus end, i will end up paying for disney+ while paying the telus optik tv plan which is supposed to already include amazon, disney, and netflix.

If you log in to your My TELUS account there will be a section to manage your subscriptions and to activate those services from there as well

No it does not work, ive talked to another tech support today another 2.5 hours. She said she escalated the issue im not sure whats going to happen, there's just no activation link showing up on my account. Either its just my account or your website is bugged.

I have the TelusTV+ 21T tuner.
To activate prime or Disney I went go to the settings icon from the home page, scroll down to preferences>apps> choose Disney or Prime and it gave me a code I then entered into a separate web page that I logged into for either Prime or Disney.

Maybe we have different os model?
there is no "apps" on the device preferences tab under settings.
When i try to access the apps from the main page, it makes me do a new account application, in which if i do, im gonna end up paying for another disney or amazon prime account
