I installed the new box today and the troubles are all still there. Replacing the box made no difference. On the box the Stingray Music VIDEO app is still missing, channel 583 is still missing, when I select the record function it says I'm not subscribed and then when I select subscription options it says I'm already subscribed. On my phone and tablet telus tv app channel 583 is still missing, I can see all my cloud recordings but when I click on one to play it it says I can only play it on my box which is impossible because the recordings are in the cloud not the box. I can RESUME playing the cloud recordings that I started to watch but didnt finish watching on my phone or tablet app.
