Telus TV+ channel guide keeps switching to "all channels"

11 days agoUpdates are pushed automatically; they shouldn't need any intervention from you. That said, if your device isn't connected to the internet, or something goes wrong, the updates might not arrive. You can always check for an update via Settings > Device settings > Device Preferences > About > System update

Still having the same problem with All Channels appearing every day when we turn on our TVs. I have recently discovered that there is a very odd thing happening. When the TV is turned on and I go to the Guide, it is on All Channels. Without changing that setting I move to the home page and my Settings. I check for an update via Settings>Device settings>Device preferences>About>System update (as instructed above). It tells me my system is up to date. When I go back to the Guide it is magically on My favourite channels and stays that way while I am watching. However the next day it has again reverted back to All Channels when I turn it on. ?!?!?! I don’t know if this information will help whoever is investigating this issue or if anyone at Telus really is investigating or even cares. Please stop trying to make your customers feel like we are doing something wrong and admit there is something seriously wrong with your technology.
