TELUS Satellite choppy video

Over the past month or so all the sports channels and now the news channels on Telus satellite no longer plays the video smoothly.  Its like there is a buffering issue or maybe the definition is now ...

Having the same issue with both HD and non-HD channels. I’ve tried every recommendation I found online and this issue continues. Any suggestions before I seek an alternative provider?

      My patent's Telus satellite service is suffering from the same jumpy/choppy video - makes it almost impossible to watch.

        I called Telus Satellite technical services. There is an issue with the 9241 receivers. If you go to channel 512 and then your desired channel it seems to work. Or at least it worked for me.
