Telus Charging me for the Expired Contract Plan

I ended the Telus contract on 2026 January. Because it was 2 year contract and it was expired by that time. Now, I received an email that I had an overdue balance to pay. They are charging me for the homephone (I never used it) which was included in 2 year contract. I already ended and returned the equipments to them. I already had a long conversation with them and I thought it was resolved at that time. Now, I will have to talk with Telus agent again for hours and this is so much annoying.
