Hi all,
Quick tip to set the TELUS TV digital box volume setting to max. From the TELUS remote, hit the microphone key to launchg the voice control feature and say "set volume to max". This will set the box volume setting to max while keeping your remote configuration as is and let you use your TV or audio system volume to control the output volume.

I believe that is for older Optik TV equipment. I have this remote and the volume only goes to 15 not 25.

I also don't see any place in the app "Device settings" to control device volume. You have to unpair the remote from AV receiver, set device volume to maximum, and re-pair remote to AV receiver, which seems very poorly designed. A simple device volume control in device settings would make more sense and be easier for everyone.
But even at volume 15 the sound output is lower than the firestick volume. I was hoping they could be the same.

Hopefully something there will get you sorted out.
They have done the same thing as I have done -- unpaired the remote and set the 21T digital box's volume as high as possible. But that volume is still a bit lower than the firestick so I was hoping for something else.
