Thanks TELUS_Support & FuzzyLogic: apologies for slow reply. I have made the suggested changes for 5 & 2.4GHz. One thing of note, is the T3200M available channels for 5GHz (36,40,44,48,149,153,157,161) are Red & Yellow rated on the WiFi analyzer app. How can the T3200M be configured to another channel that is not being used by other modems in the condo building? Second question is: If I reboot the modem, will the channel settings I have selected 40 for 5GHz and 6 for 2.4Ghz stay or do I have to reconfigure each time the modem is rebooted? Thanks everyone for your help

The T3200M has the option to specify a channel or to do an auto select. Normally auto is best as the router will choose a channel that has the least interference.
The settings you choose should stay through a reboot. You would need to do a factory reset to lose your settings.
