Routers keep dropping connection to modem

I have 5 routers on my property. 4 are connected via coaxial cable to the modem. They will occasionally all work and then just lose connection to the modem. The one router attached via ethernet cable...

That's definitely the first level of troubleshooting, but of course something you shouldn't have to do frequently in order to get stable connection. You may need to speak with our Tech Support team for troubleshooting, but you can always send us a private message here as well to discuss further!
