Recording Tips remove message pop up

Can someone please remove the "recording Tips" pop up that occurs now when I go into my recordings. This never was present there before, so I'm assuming it came with the recent update to version 11. ...

This is an intermittent bug the development team is aware of and working to resolve, thanks for bringing it up. There is a logic to how often it should appear (I believe it's once following an app update), but the logic is failing on a subset accounts, mine is one too - I see it more frequently than designed.
