NHA20 not giving Wan to my router in Bridge Mode
Hello so I've just gotten the new Telus service here in Ontario. I use the Deco X-50 Poe as my router as I have mesh Wifi system. I've put the NHA20 in bridge mode but it doesn't provide a Wan IP to the router. I've tried factory reseting and then trying again, it didn't work then either. I've been using Dynamic IP settings on my X50-Poe but it doesn't work. It only works when the router is plugged in without bridge mode but that limits features of the router. I've also tried to just plug in my laptop when it is bridge mode and I can't pick up a connection then either. Could someone help solve this very odd issue as this is the first time I'm encountering this.

Hey everyone, I'm now currently running a different setup using a Fiber media converter which give my deco internet. I have one problem though, I can't see to Ipv6 to work and I've tried basically every thing the configuration to try and get a IPV6 address. Could anyone help me out?
I believe bridge mode only works for specific Ethernet ports on the NHA20. Try changing the port you have your router plugged into.

I’ve tried both the 10gig option and 1g option they don’t work I’ve tried going as far as putting the whole NHA20 in bridge mode but that doesn’t work either
I know others with the NHA20 are using it in bridged mode so it does work. Have you tried rebooting the NHA20?

TELUS_Support - Are the rules for IP addresses the same in Ontario as they are in Western Canada?
MrFiber - How many other devices have you tried connecting to the 10G port (or any bridged port) before your own router? In Western Canada Telus usually allows two dynamic IP addresses on a connection so the NH20A should get one, and whichever device connects to a bridged port should get the other. If another device had already obtained that second IP address, it may take time to release / time out before another device will get one.

When doing this I had laptop plugged in and my router plugged in the NHA20. However only the 10g port was bridged which only should give a public ip to that. My router was plugged in that port
