New box

Is this a new a new pvr or is it the android one? also is the Telus TV mini something new? https://www.telus.com/en/tv/optik/4k-pvr-and-wireless-digital-box

This is the current option for Optik TV and is an android box. It keeps recordings in the cloud as opposed to the older PVR with an internal disk.
