Official Support TeamSorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with the app Kent. Are you able to login to your account through the website using a computer or laptop?
I can log into Telus Connect and Telus TV. But using the web it wants to use the My Telus app as two factor authentication and that is not possible since I cannot login to the My Telus app.
