Microsoft not accepting email from Telus.net
For the last 3 days I have had emails sent from a Telus.net account blocked from going to any Microsoft account - Outlook.com or Hotmail.ca The message is the Telus.net account does not meet securit...
- I have done a little more testing and found that the only time the issue occurs is when I use the BCC field to try and access a Microsoft account, even individually.
The easiest way forward is for this old user to adapt to the new world. I accept that we need more security with our emails. It's time to figure out a better way to send group emails to my friends and strata residents.Thank you to all who took the time to give me your suggestions. I really appreciate your comments.
Here is some more information from Microsoft. Sorry, it is above my pay grade to solve, but I do notice from my error message that DKIM did not pass. What Microsoft tells me to do to fix it is not something I no how to do.
