It's Time For Telus to Adjust Theme Packs
I brought this up before in a different thread but with all the recent channels being dropped ( and more coming on January 1st ) I really think it's time for Telus to adjust a lot of their theme pack...
There must be a value $ assigned to each available channel inserted into theme packages. So why not assign that value and let me pick what I want to subscribe to. As I just found out today, I had occasional charges for Prime Time which only included one channel I may have been interested in, which was deleted.
When you get a theme pack, are all those included something you would have bought individually?
I completely agree! Most theme packs tend to have one popular channel grouped with 2-3 channels that have nothing to do with one another. A&E is in the Prime Time theme pack with TLC, AMC, and CTV Drama; Showcase is with Lifetime, Slice and W network How do these channels even make sense together as a theme? It seems like a deliberate attempt to force people to go add extra channels at additional cost.
