Need repair of network interface box on side of my house, not secure
A few years ago Telus had a 3rd party company in my neighborhood, installing fiber optic free to our homes. I opted to have this done in case I decided to switch my cable and internet down the road to Telus. The exterior network interface box on the outside of my house that they installed, was done terribly and is not secure to my house at all, was done very poorly and I need Telus to send someone out to properly secure it to my house before it falls over. When I try to phone Telus to speak with someone about arranging for the appropriate repair person to come out and do this, the AI Voice Prompts tell me I must enter the phone # I'm calling about. I don't have a phone number I'm calling about. What on earth do I have to say to the voice prompts (soooo annoying and difficult to get through) to get me put through to Repair or Technical Support, without having a phone # --- the latter just doesn't apply in my case.
