It's Time For Telus to Adjust Theme Packs
I brought this up before in a different thread but with all the recent channels being dropped ( and more coming on January 1st ) I really think it's time for Telus to adjust a lot of their theme pack...
I still find it a crazy that when on the Telus optik overview and you are choosing your packages it still lists Paramount Network. That channel has been gone since Jan 1 2024.

Go to Telus.com, log into your account, click on Optik and begin changing your theme packs. There are channels still listed incorrectly. They even display the logos to channels that are no longer carried. It appears to be correct via the MyTelus app, but the theme pack descriptions are still inaccurate. They don't list the removed channels in the included channel lists but the descriptions of the packs still show em.
"Prime Time boasts premium channels like A&E, AMC, and Bravo. Also included are Paramount Network and TLC."
All the theme packs have old channel names in the descriptions. World & Beyond mentions the Space channel (not CTV Sci-Fi) as well as all the Discovery channel's.
I think Telus needs to hire someone to look over these things on all platforms.
