It's Time For Telus to Adjust Theme Packs
I brought this up before in a different thread but with all the recent channels being dropped ( and more coming on January 1st ) I really think it's time for Telus to adjust a lot of their theme pack...

2 years ago@BobArthur You've probably heard this before, and it still holds true, but only a select few within TELUS are privy to that information. Typically we don't release information until it's published to our site, which is to say most of us find out around the same time you do so please check back from time to time for any updates.

After spending 2 hours on hold yesterday, to hear the same canned response as above from a “Customer Care” agent, it is very disappointing. Unthinkable a corporation as big as Telus cannot or will not let customers know 2 days beforehand, they will not be losing channels…just a re-branding.

I imagine the customer service reps know about as much as we do, it's not their fault.
