Issues with IP addresses not being assigned
I am having issues with IP addresses not being assigned when I have a switch plugged in at a specific outlet. The issue doesn't occur right away, the network will be fine for a day or two, sometimes ...
I have had the similar problem after switched to Telus pure fiber.
I have a network switch connects to the optic modem. Replaced the switch but the issue still persist.
The only solution I have found is to factory reset the optic modem. But it will only last for 2 - 7 days then the issue will come back again.
Sad.
