Official Support TeamHi Allan- Price Changes After Contract: Yes, prices typically can change after the 2-year term ends. Additionally, starting March 2025, there will be changes to monthly value of premium content add-on discounts for theme pack packages.
Trial Option: Yes, TELUS offers a satisfaction guarantee where you can cancel within 30 days of installation. During this period, you can receive refunds for:
- Monthly charges
- Installation fees (if any)
- Up to $100 in pay-per-view charges
Contract Cancellation: If you cancel after the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period but before your 2-year term ends, there is an early termination fee. The fee starts at $360 and decreases by $15 for each month completed in your term.
Service Flexibility: You can swap out your channels and theme packs every 30 days through your My TELUS account, giving you some flexibility with your package.
